Isn't it true that when you are rushing, more obstacles seem to pop up - you can't find your car keys, you hit a detour, you drop and break something - it's like the universe picks up on your chaotic, stressed energy and throws it right back at you.
Start with your breathing - slow, deep breaths with a longer exhale tell your brain all is well. Be in the moment and fully focused on what you are doing and you will find you will feel better.
Relax and release.
