 Want to live a happier, more fulfilling life?
It's all within your reach it just takes some guidance and practice.  And the most important factors are the desire to change, the belief that it is possible and that you can do it!  
Below are some tips on ways you can start to shift things in your life.  Choose those that resonate with you, try one or try a few.  It works best if you incorporate them into your routine, this allows them to become habits which require little if any conscious effort.

One last thing - There is no such thing as PERFECTION so don't even expect it.  Believe in yourself and be kind to yourself.  Do your best and only compare yourself to you.  And have some fun!!


FUEL YOUR BODY

eat something healthy and feel your body thank you
eat the ideal amount for your body and feel lighter
exercise - get up and MOVE
go to bed a little earlier and get a good 8 hours sleep
 thank your body for getting you this far
ditch the sugar
stretch
take a relaxing bath
say no to alcohol

turn off the news, actually turn off the tv
learn something new
try a new hobby
write down something you are proud of yourself for 
journal
fantasize about something you would like to happen in the future
listen to, use and recite affirmations
take a class

say no to something that you don't want to do
say yes to something that you do want to do
read an inspiring book
listen to an uplifting video on YouTube
get out and be in nature
meditate
put some music on and dance 
sing
step out of your comfort zone and try something new
disconnect from tech
read poetry
call an old friend or a new one and laugh until it hurts
get a buddy and do something fun
appreciate the earth- pick up trash when you see it

begin a daily gratitude practice
before bed think of your 3 favorite moments from the day
in the morning, before you even get out of bed, find 3 things to be grateful for
volunteer in your community
do something nice for someone
tell someone you love them and mean it
 spend time at your local animal shelter
visit with someone in a nursing home
appreciate the moment
say something nice to yourself
do something special for yourself, treat yourself
