​​Welcome to the "I card" page.      
I created the cards as a way of giving back to all the wonderful men and women who were  attending my
dance fitness classes.  When I learned that the quotes were being shared with family and friends and
even strangers I was thrilled and I started to wonder just how far the inspiration was reaching.
​It was this curiosity that led me to the develop this page.
