Imagine what would happen to a bud that was too afraid to bloom, or a caterpillar who was too afraid to transform - face your fear, step forward into growth and claim your power.  The energy you generate is determined by how you view the situation. If you view it from a victim mentality you will feel stuck and have difficulty finding a solution, but when you see it as a learning experience your mind will be open to explore creative solutions.  Empower yourself by taking 100% responsibility for your life.  Don't let your identity limit and trap you - change your mind, change your style, change your story. Try something "opposite" today - a great place to start is by taking a negative thought and thinking the opposite.  Noticing the beaming smiles of the flowers and hearing the songs that they sing are the gifts of mindfulness and the joy of being fully alive.  We are humanity - you and me. I created the meme below based on an experience I had last night, it is on my blog if you would like to read about it.  It's never too late to let go of what no longer serves you.  When you believe in yourself the universe will conspire with you to make the impossible possible.   Don't worry about doing it right or wonder if it is good enough.
Just CREATE.  It's a new year, take the challenge to become the best version of you. Believe in yourself and what is possible.
