Stress occurs when you fight with life, surrender to what is and you will find peace.  Practicing gratitude will take you out of your judgmental mind and into your heart.  Please join me in celebrating the 5th anniversary of CCC Inspire. I will do my best to continue to offer you content that inspires you to be uniquely you and to live your best life. Whatever you want in life, take the first step even if you can't see the next one, and then keep going. I am looking forward to many more steps with CCC Inspire.  So often we look to others - friends, family, counselors, spiritual advisors - for answers that only we can truly know, we just have to get quiet and listen. This doesn't mean we have to sit and meditate, sometimes the solutions, the insights, come when we are walking in nature or doing something creative, and journaling can be a great tool for reflection.  Creativity is your soul's way of expressing itself - there is no such thing as good enough. Draw, paint, sing, dance, write - let the joy flow through you.  Life is short - be you, do things you enjoy, send out good vibes and let them attract more good energy.  It's all in your perception. Being asked to speak at an event can be an exciting opportunity or a dreaded experience. Getting a red light can give you that extra minute to hand a toy to your child in the backseat or it can be a source of stress if you are running late. It's never the event itself, it's always how you are viewing it. You are in control. You get to choose new ways of seeing and processing information.  |
