Expand feelings of awe, appreciation, gratitude, wonder and let fear take a back seat.  Take every opportunity to spread some kindness today.  What do you dream about for the future? Take one small step today that brings you closer to making it a reality.  Your beliefs are a big determiner of how you experience the world. Ask yourself questions about your beliefs like - where did this belief come from - an experience, another person; how does this belief affect my interactions with others; does this belief empower or disempower me. Get to know yourself better.  How do you think your life would change if you let go of some of your certainties and looked at things objectively?  Happy Mother's Day to all the nurturing, caring, and kind women in our lives.  Isn't that the point of it all - to lift each other up when we are down.  Your response to your circumstances and your daily decisions are what determine the quality of your life.  Find your peace and don't let the outside world steal it.  There are no free rides, it all catches up to you.  We are not here to tow the line, to worry and stress, we are here to create joy for ourselves and others. What makes your heart sing?
