Open your mind to new ideas. Change your perception, change your world.  Let your light shine so brightly that it activates the light in others.  Living from the heart where patience, love and compassion lie, opens us up to joy and peace.  Let the smile light up your face, so that despite the mask, people can still see it dancing in your eyes.  Listen to the music of life, find the harmony in the discord, the grace in the pain, the soft sadness in the joy. Let the minor tones stir your tears and jump for joy when the key shifts to major. Feel the wholeness of life present in each moment.  Laughter makes everything better, even if just for a moment. When we laugh together our differences fade and we are united.. Laughter - It's contagious, share it today! I dare you not to laugh!.  Allow gratitude to light up your world and open your heart.  Nurture yourself and you will in turn nurture the world with your joy.  Think about who you want to be and the life that you want to live and make small choices that support that vision. In doing this you are stepping out of the predictable past, bringing your future self into the present and creating new possibilities.  ...it is also the uniqueness of every day, every hour, every moment that represents something that loads our existence with the weight of a terrible and yet so beautiful responsibility! Don't just speak - listen to the words that come out of your mouth. What are you communicating? Are your words soothing, empowering, complimentary? Or are they belittling, condescending, cruel?
