Even though you may be social distancing, it's important to look at who you are spending time talking with, what you are reading, what you are watching on television and what you are listening to. All of these can have a tremendous impact on your mood, emotions, thoughts and state of mind. Notice how you feel when you are engaging in one of these activities and ask yourself if it is helping you to be your best or if it is pulling you down.
