daily inspiration for november 3, 2020

I wrote this morning's inspiration and then this popped up in my memories from 2018 and I thought it was fitting for election day.

Resistance to what is creates suffering, peace lies in surrender. This doesn't mean quiet acceptance of what is, you are not surrendering to the problems of the world. Rather you are willing to look with clear eyes and first see how much of the problem lies in your perception, thoughts and beliefs and then where there is injustice you are able to take inspired action from a place of internal peace.
